Atmosphere
Good
- I made some really amazing friends here, but there were also a few bad experiences due to some immature residents. Basically I was very satisfied.
Cleanliness
Good
- The staff comes to clean at least two times a week, but the cleanliness and tidiness really depends on the roommates When everyone cooperates, it stays clean. Basically I felt that KAE was cleaner and newer than any other sharehouse I’ve stayed in, but there is still room for improvement
Location
Good
- I’ve stayed in more convenient places, but it depends on what your needs or hobbies are. It is on the outskirts of the city, but it is connected by Tanimachi line and Keihan.
