Why is the rent different even though the rooms are the same size?

The rent of share house by TESEN is determined based on the following items.

• The direction of the window is either north, south, east or west
• Relationship with adjacent buildings (sun, view, ventilation etc)
• Distance from facilities (WC, shower room, stairs, living room etc)
• Number of floors (1st floor, 2nd floor ….)

Mainly, these four items.

Generally, the direction is evaluated in the order of south> east> west> north. This is a sunny order.

However, people who have night shift etc. prefer a room on the north side so that it is difficult to sleep if it is too sunny.
