Experience Comfortable Living at SEN OSAKA! Rooms and Facilities Have Been Renovated

We’re excited to announce that the rooms and facilities at SEN OSAKA have undergone a major renovation!
Let us introduce the key points of the renovation and share some photos that showcase the enhanced comfort and appeal of SEN OSAKA.
Room Renovation Highlights
1. Refreshed Walls: Simple and Modern Design
We listened to feedback from our residents and revamped the wallpaper and flooring in the rooms. The walls are now a clean, crisp white with a minimalist design, allowing residents to personalize their space with their own interior touches. Not only does this create a relaxing atmosphere, but it also gives residents the freedom to decorate and make the space truly their own.
Here’s a photo showing the process of removing the old wallpaper. We peeled off more than we expected – layer after layer!

2. Stylish New Flooring
The flooring has also been replaced with a more stylish design! The sleek, slightly glossy finish gives off a tile-like appearance, adding a modern and chic touch to the space.
Here’s how it looked before the makeover. It had a slightly dull appearance, and the stains were more noticeable since we had already updated the wallpaper to white.
Enhanced Facilities for Greater Convenience
3. A Clean and Stylish Bathroom
The tiles in the bathroom and shower room have been replaced to create a brighter, hotel-like atmosphere. The upgraded flooring and higher-toned tiles make the space feel even cleaner and more inviting. We hope residents will enjoy using these areas daily! 
We also temporarily removed the three washing machines and dryers to replace the flooring.
Here’s a photo of the adhesive being carefully applied to the floor. Truly professional craftsmanship!
The washing machines were temporarily stored in an empty room. It was a tight fit, making the process a bit nerve-wracking!
It took about a week to complete the renovation of the rooms and facilities. SEN OSAKA holds a special place as the first TESEN share house, having hosted many residents over the years. We’re committed to continuing to provide a beautiful and comfortable space for everyone.
