What was that comment?
That resident had to move out at the end of the month since the rent wasn’t prorated upon departure. However, their flight was scheduled for the 3rd of the following month, so they were looking for a place to stay after leaving the share house.

We wanted them to enjoy Japan, and Osaka, to the very last moment! In moments like these, what can we do…?
That’s when we came up with FAREWELL STAY, a plan where you can stay at our guesthouse ‘MITSUWAYA’ and create even more wonderful memories in Osaka!
What is FAREWELL STAY?
It’s a special accommodation plan designed for those who want to spend the time between moving out of the share house and their flight comfortably. MITSUWAYA offers excellent access to Osaka’s major tourist spots, including walking distance to Dotonbori, allowing you to fully enjoy your time in the city until your departure day.
What is MITSUWAYA like?
MITSUWAYA is a Guesthouse(Hostel) where travelers from all over the world gather. The staff are fluent in both Japanese and English, and they’re former travelers or returnees from studying abroad who love to chat!
The rooms are dormitory-style, but with POD-type beds that offer plenty of privacy. We also have female-only rooms, so women can stay with peace of mind.
MITSUWAYA’s pride is its cozy living space. Here, guests connect and form friendships every day.
MITSUWAYA is just a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori and Namba! You can do your last-minute souvenir shopping and explore until the very end. We also offer bicycle rentals for ¥500 per day.
