While our share houses have been designed for long-term living, we wanted to create an option where people could enjoy Osaka living more freely. That’s why we introduced the new Flexible Contract Plan, available for stays of 1 to 3 months!
The share house is a great place for those who want to try out life in Osaka or for those who are looking for a temporary home until they move on to the next stage of their life.
The share house is fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances, so you can enjoy Osaka life to the full from the day you arrive. Some people who have stayed for only a month actually want to stay longer and switch to a longer stay. TESEN’s share houses will make your life in Osaka special!
Rent and Contract Details
- Rent：150,000JPY/month
- Contract Fee：16,500JPY
- Contract Duration：1 month, up to a maximum of 3 months
- Conditions：A tourist visa or a temporary visitor visa is acceptable.
- Facilities：Furnished with furniture, appliances, bedding (with free Wi-Fi)
- Tenant Screening：Required
