Tesen’s staff are really helpful and have been able to assist me with any problem that has popped up during my stay.
All my interactions with staff have been good and they have made me feel really welcome here.

The atmosphere at Haya is really lively and fun, and I’ve had an amazing time here. There are frequent parties and other gatherings where people make food and eat together.
The people I have met during my stay here have all been friendly, and we have had many great moments together like going on trips and playing games.
There is pretty much always some sort of social gathering going on in the living room, whether it’s people eating together or just watching TV.
It can get a bit loud, sometimes into the night, but that’s part of the lively atmosphere. Though they have always been respectful and quieted down when asked.

It’s part of living in a share house, but it can get a bit dirty and messy in the common areas.
The house is frequently cleaned by staff though, so it never gets too bad.

The area around the share house is mostly quiet with a quaint shrine just across the road.
There is a supermarket, 100 yen shop, and several convenience stores just 5 minutes away, so you don’t need to go far for most things you need for daily life.
For other things Tennoji is not that far away. The biggest problem with the location is that the house is a bit far from the nearest train stations if you don’t have a bike.
