A new initiative has started at TESEN’s share house.
To tell the truth, there are many people from outside the Kansai area who come to visit TESEN’s share houses.
They are not familiar with the geography, and they don’t know where to book a hotel.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with Guest House Mitsuwaya to offer a special plan for TESEN share house visitors.

Born and raised in Nagano Prefecture.
I got a job in Osaka.
I started looking for a place to live in Osaka.
I made an appointment to visit a place that I had some idea about.
I also made a reservation at a hotel, believing that it had good accessibility.
I went to Osaka for two days and one night to look for a place to live.
Transferring trains, we arrived in Osaka.
Move to the nearest station to the property you plan to visit.
Check the map and head for the property.
Visit the property.
When you are done, move on to the next property.
I looked up the name of a place I had never seen before and didn’t know how to read on the map, and kept going.
At this point, I realized that I had made a mistake in the order of my visits.
The second property was actually closer to the hotel.
We visited the second property and then went to the third.
From the third house, we went to the fourth house.
I couldn’t keep track of which one was which anymore.
But no matter what, we had to make a decision by the end of the day, and we didn’t have much time.
In the end, we couldn’t find a place we were satisfied with, and we were tired of moving around.
I booked the share house visitor-only plan Mitsuwaya accommodation plan.
This plan can only be reserved by visitors to the TESEN share house.
Mitsuwaya was located in the middle of Osaka city, halfway between the four TESEN share houses.
We were able to check in to Mitsuwaya at 3pm.
The staff at the reception desk confirmed our reservation for the share house tour plan.
The staff at the reception desk confirmed our reservation with the share house tour plan, and on the day of our scheduled tour, the information staff would pick us up at Mitsuwaya’s reception.
After relaxing a bit at the inn, I decided that since I was in Osaka, I wanted to try okonomiyaki.
I asked the staff at the reception desk, and they introduced me to a restaurant that was not listed in the guidebook.
After eating, we went back to our lodgings, and tomorrow was the day we would finally visit the share house.
The staff at Mitsuwaya also seemed to be from the countryside, so they told us about what it was like to live in Osaka.
The next morning, as I was finishing my breakfast and drinking my coffee, the information staff came to pick me up.
I checked out, left my luggage at the inn, and took only my valuables.
Almost empty-handed, I got into the guide’s car and went on a room search tour.
We visited four properties, but it was easy because we were moving by car.
The guide staff gave us detailed explanations of the properties, including their features, access, and sightseeing spots in Osaka, which was easy to understand.
After visiting all the properties, we headed back to the inn where we left our luggage.
Back at the inn, we went to the lounge where we could use after checking out to sort out the properties we had seen today.
Based on my budget and access to my office, I found a room that suited me.
I picked up the luggage I had left at the inn and headed home.
