Thorough explanation! What does the initial cost end up being?
What are “initial costs” anyway?
Initial expenses are the costs incurred when buying or building a new house, or when moving into a rental house.
Commonly included are key money, deposit, brokerage fee, advance rent, fire insurance, key exchange fee, room cleaning fee, etc… .
In general, it is said to be about six months’ rent.
Six months…. It’s not easy to prepare that kind of money right away. Living is difficult.
The cost of moving into a share house
How much does it cost to move into a share house?
Basically, it will always be cheaper than living in a rental house.
The reason for this is that you don’t have to install facilities in every room since everyone uses the toilet, shower, kitchen, etc.,
making it cheaper.
Also, since large houses are often divided into smaller rooms and rented out, the price volume is also reduced.
However, each share house has a different price range.
It is always best to check the property’s website or ask directly.
Also, a feature of share houses is that they come with appliances and furniture!
There are few things you need to buy when you move in, and you can move in with just a suitcase.
So what are the initial expenses when moving into a TESEN share house?

That sounds a lot cheaper than renting!
But which property or room is right for me?
If that’s the case, why not check out some of the popular rooms in share houses?
What are the most popular rooms in a share house?
I see.
I understand the price of the initial fee, but I wonder what the initial fee is used for.
It’s a little hard to ask when the time comes…
What is the initial cost of TESEN used for?
Let’s look at what those initial costs actually go towards!
Your rent
This is easy to understand, isn’t it! This is the price of renting your room.
Common service fee
This is used to pay for water, electricity, gas, WiFi, cleaning, and supplies. It is a flat fee regardless of the amount used.
Contract administration fee
Used for tenant screening, contract preparation, fire insurance contract, various applications, procedures, contracts, and stamp fees.
Security Deposit
The deposit is kept in a safe place until the day you move out. If the deposit is not used for any other purpose and there is no damage to the room on the day you move out, you will receive a full refund.
Now that we know a lot about the initial cost!
Then how much is the actual monthly cost?
I know the initial cost! What are the monthly costs?
What are the monthly costs?
- Rent
- Common service fee
Yes. These are the only two fees!
There is no charge for bicycle parking.
There are some properties that require fire insurance.
In case of rent 48,000 yen / SEN OSAKA Room 105
- Rent: 48,000 yen
- Common service fee: 12,000 yen
—————————————–
Total: 60,000 yen
The rent varies from room to room, but the common service fee remains the same.
Utilities and WiFi are also charged at a flat rate no matter how much you use!
There is no need to go through the hassle of receiving and paying each bill at the end of the month.
Very simple and easy to understand!
We can also suggest a share house that fits your budget, so please feel free to contact us.
I don’t know which property or room is right for me. Let’s drop a line to our trouble shooting room!
Bleeding Great Service Bedding Rental
When you move into a share house, there is no need to buy any appliances or furniture.
But there is a bed, but is there also a futon?

We have a bedding rental service that will bleed you dry!

Come on! What’s your next home?
We’ve looked at the initial cost of renting versus share housing, but what do you think?
The initial cost of renting a share house is greater than that of owning a share house. On the other hand, in a share house, each person owns their own room, but the other facilities, memories, and experiences are all shared. Of course, each room comes with its own key. There have been some questions about security outside of the rooms, so here is a summary.
Is there the key for the private room?
Then I wish that many people will be filled with wonderful life. I’m looking forward to meeting you and your wonderful tenants at the property.
