I don’t know if it was the proximity of when we moved in, or our ages, or why, but we found ourselves getting along! They played games together, ate together, went to the convenience store in the middle of the night. They even went to the public bath together. The two of them are really good friends, and it makes me smile to see them together all the time.

Before he came to live in the share house, he never thought he would make friends with a foreigner, but as he lived with us, it was the foreigner who became his best friend. I chose this photo as “Photo of the month” because I could feel the wonderful element of a share house SEN OSAKA that allows people to become friends across borders and cultures.

They come to see their friends even after they leave the share house. There is a connection. It makes me really happy to see such friendships! A share house doesn’t end when you move out! The friendships with the people you’ve shared time with will continue! I can’t really explain it, but I think it’s a really good thing!
